Leather industry, which is a traditional subiness by using the resources of the animal husbandy, is in needs of the technical innovation mainly supported by high- and - new technology to fit in with the needs of new times of technolgical economy. So it is necessary to enhance the basic study, carry out high - and - new technology and clean process, increase the ability of creation, in order to meet the requirements of the world markets.
