The "required protection against disruptive measures or other actions by third parties" (“SEWD”) in accordance with §6 (2) No. 4 AtG must be guaranteed for every facility falling under nuclear regulations.New security measures that have to be implemented are to be executed according to that directive. These security measures were classified as approval procedures according to §6 AtG (significant changes).
