摘要

The effect of the heavy deformation in the recrystallised and non-recrystallised austenite region on the transformation kinetics and mechanical properties of TRIP steel was studied. It was found that: 1. ferrite grain refinement does not always lead to an increase in V_(RA) because of the role of the bainite morphology; 2. the contribution of the grain refinement to the mechanical properties of TRIP steel is less than the effect of the bainite morphology and stability of RA; 3. deformation in recrystallised region decreases the bainitic packet size and changes the morphology of the bainitic ferrite that may enhance the RA quality; 4. even a small amount of RA can affect the mechanical properties more than ferrite grain refinement.
