Control of Steel Surface Appearance After Painting

摘要

In view to produce automotive body panels with excellent image clarity, we developed a two step research. The former was aimed to determine the levelling effect of the paint, the wavelengths correlated with DOI and the right manner to control and measure them. The latter concerns the development of low waviness surface steel sheets through key process parameters ( cold rolling, cylinder texturing, zinc coating).
