摘要

The surface treatment methods were investigated to control the weld porosity of laser welding aluminumlithium alloy, which were including in caustic washing, acid pickling, mechanical polishing with stainless steel brush and laser cleaning in this paper. The effect of parameters of these surface treatment procedures on the distribution, quantity, size and characteristic of pores in the welds were discussed.
