Coherent wavelets form a unified basis of the multichannel perfect reconstruction analysis-synthesis filter bank of high resolution radar imaging and clinical magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The filter bank construction is performed by the Kepplerian spatiotemporal Hilbert bundle strategy which allows for the stroboscopic and synchronous cross sectional quadrature filtering of phase histories in local frequency encoding channels with respect to the rotating coordinate frame of quadrature reference. The Kepplerian strategy of dynamic physical astronomy and the associated filter bank construction take place in symplectic affine planes and are implemented by the polarized symbol calculus of the Heisenberg nilpotent Lie group G which extends Fourier analysis. Thus the pathway electronic engineering concerned with the impelementation of the symmetries inherent to the semi-classical approach to clinical magnetic resonance tompography by large scale integrated (LSI) circuit technology.
