Based on the theory that improved synthesis methodology of accident in mine industry, this paper systemically considered the time, space and influential factors of mine safety accident, the three dimensions risk model of China Mine Safety (CMS) is constructed, which is based on the activities of the construction project, the risk influential factors of the safety and the risk aftereffect of the safety. The three dimensions as follows; the Y dimension (time)-each stage of the mineral life cycle, the X dimension (time)-the gather of other impact factors which not time, and Z dimension-the result (occurrence or not of each insecurity affairs or occurrence rates) stalk. This three dimensions model been dissembled by numeral description and quantized, the matrix between the risk aftereffect of the safety and the activities of the mine activity is built, and the risk result of the mine activities is clearly and systemically showed by the matrix. Actual result has been used to simulate so as to provide a new way for the safe evaluation of mine system, natural frequency. Finally, the dynamic performance of the internal grinder was optimized.
