To investigate the effect of different nitrogen fertilization and water conditions on the variation pattern of the physiological indexes including chlorophyll, carbon and nitrogen content et al. in winter wheat cv. "Jing-Dong 8" which planted widely in Beijing suburb, a field experiment consisted of 2 factors of nitrogen fertilization and irrigating quantity with 3 different levels was carried out. The results showed that increased either nitrogen fertilization or irrigating quantity in the range of our experiment after reviving stage all could increase effectively chlorophyll and nitrogen content in leaf, cellulose and lignin content in stem and grain yield. The gross protein content was positively correlated with nitrogen fertilizer quantity, but it was negatively correlated with irrigating quantity. The advanced analysis displayed that it was negative correlation between chlorophyll and gross nitrogen content in leaf at the stage of vegetation growth and the overlapping stage of vegetation and reproductive growth, however it was positive correlation after grouting. The correlation between the chlorophyll and nitrogen content in leaf and protein content in grain showed strong positive at the late stage of growth.
