摘要

Current interfaces to GIS have been designed for one-way communication from human to computer, this limited the human–computer-human interaction that can supports collaborative work of the groups. To resolve this problem we brought forward a distributed geocollaborative environment framework for emergency preparedness and response based on High Level Architecture. In this article we mainly concentrate on three most important issues in collaborative work, including OMT definition, Data Distribution Management and Time Management .
