In view of characteristics of oilfield pipelines gathering and transportation system and urban small-bore pipe network, we had researched the technology of pipes overall restoration using varus FRP lining hoses. And repair techniques, repair materials, repairing effect and improvement suggestions had been introduced in detail. It was successfully repaired cp89mm mixing water pipelines at the ninth oilfield plant in 2008. The length of the once turnover lining was up to 300m. It created a record of the smallest-bore and the longest distance for turnover lining FRP hose at home and abroad. The technology has been declared seven patents, of which 5 patents have been patented, and the other two patents are accepting.
