Multilayer Organic Photoreceptor using Metalfree Phthalocyanine (H_2Pc) and Titanyl Phthalocyanine (TiOPc) as a Photogenerator in corporation with some typcial Charge Transproters as DEH, TPD and TPA were investigated. The influence of pigment processing, Photogenerator drum design and fabriaction conditions on imaging properties was tested. Pc polymorphic changes may be induced by combination of mechanical milling and solvent. The Photosensitivity and cyclic stability are further and controlled by the Photogenerator materials used drum fabrication process. Since the Phtogenerator of Pc-pigments involves the surface sensitization at the CGL/CTL interface, an technological understanding of all interplaying factors becomes event more crucial in designing a stable photoconductive device for practical application.
