摘要

The wettability of fluorides by alloys with high V, Nb, Cr - concentrations (up to 51 mass %) was studied. These melts do not wet the calcium fluoride at temperatures higher than 1100℃. Unexpected nonwettability behaviour is explained by the formation of gaseous interfacial compounds. The wettability of calcium fluoride by Ti- and Zr- containing alloys, possessing amorphous forming ability was also investigated.
