摘要

In order to get higher level security, speed and comfort, the shape of precast concrete beams are demanded in higher precision, but it is affected by formwork, measurement methods, concrete shrinkage and creep, the load and prestess of the beam. In this paper, firstly, the factors affecting the linear dimensions of the beam are analysis, and then the accuracy control of segmental beam and integral beam are introduced respectively. For segmental beam, the measure technology and matching technology are the key points. For the integral beam, the horizontal and vertical curves are the difficult points. At last, it puts forward existed problems and study directions in the high precision precast concrete beam.
