摘要

The shotcrete support is an important style of support in mining engineering and rock slope engineering. The shotcrete mixed with magnetized water treated by different magnetic induction intensity can obviously enhance the strength of shotcrete and reduce the dust density and rebound rate of shotcrete. It is shown from the research results that the magnetized water shorcrete can reduce dust density by 76.3% and rebound rate by 39.5% in comparison with the ordinary shotcrete. The microstructure of ordinary shotcrete and magnetized water shorcrete with the same mixture ratio were analyzed in the paper by scanning through electron microscope, by observing the difference of the microstructure, the mechanism on enhancing strength of magnetized water shotcrete was studied, and emphasis was laid on the discussion on the principle of magnetized water shotcrete reducing dust density and rebound rate.
