摘要

Experiment is performed in a rectangular natural circulation loop of supercritical water with a heatingsection at a vertical side and an annular heat exchanger at the top horizontal side. The heated section isMPa and heat flux of up to 0.9 MW/m2. At certain conditions flow instability is observed. The heattransfer characteristics are different substantially from that of the normal forced convection.
