Rehabilitation of Contaminated Marine Sediments in Relation to Living Things

摘要

This study proposes a rehabilitation technique of marine sediments including the purification of contaminated seawater and sediments. Since the polluted thickness of marine sediments is limited, dredging is one of the most effective techniques in order to clean up the polluted sea bottom. Marine sediments are also useful materials as clay liner in disposal site.
