摘要

The Taylor series multiple BEM (Boundary element Method) improves the computational efficiency of conventional BEM, so it is suitable for solving large-scale problems. In this paper, Taylor series multipole BEM (TSMBEM) for 3D multi-bodies elastic frictional contact problems is presented based on the "node-to-surface" contact model. The mathematical programming method for TSMBEM is presented based on the interpolation approach of contact elements.The linear system arising from multipole BEM is solved by using GMRES(m) in conjunct with preconditioning technique. The numerical experiments illustrate the effectiveness and validity of the numerical method for 3D elastic frictional contact analysis.
