Study on lifecycle and agility of process industry

摘要

Based on the characters of process industry, the life cycle of process enterprise and its agility were researched and analyzed. According to the concept of product life cycle, (a) the model for the life cycle of process enterprise was developed, (b) agile variables of process enterprise change were proposed, and (c) the process enterprise agility model oriented to the life cycle of process enterprise was presented.
