Retrofit of Refinery Hydrogen Systems

摘要

Several trends in the petroleum industry are leading to increased demand for hydrogen in oil refineries. Previous work developed a methodology for the analysis of hydrogen distribution systems. An automated approach has now been developed to include pressure issues in the design. The method is based on optimisation of a reducible superstructure. Retrofit options are decided automatically through optimisation.
