摘要

This paper describes the grinding experiments of a low-grade and high-Si bauxite in Guizhou,China.Based on the QEMSCAN process mineralogy, and according to the laboratory conditions test, the laboratory grinding time of 6min, conditions of filling rate of 38%, grinding concentration of 70%, precision ball diameter: Ф30mm:Ф25mm:Ф18mm=25%∶45%∶30%, SCS grinding agent, stage-grinding were obtained.Under the above conditions, the trend of polarization with particle fractions of bauxite grinding product is improvedand also has a noticeable effect of selective grindingthe particular interval of-0.02 l mm.The characteristics of particle size and aluminium mineral distribution of the grinding product are improved.
