The writer made C50, C60 self-compacting HPC successfully with high efficiency polycarboxylate water reducing admixture, U-type expansion agent, high quality aggregate and admixture, etc. and applied such concrete to concrete-filled steel tube pillars of Dalian Futures Mansion. It is infrequent at home to pour concrete by 1 lm once. In order to ensure the quality of pouring concrete, the concrete-filled steel tube pillars are tested by non-destructive testing (ultrasonic), destructive testing and observing (take the outside steel tube, observe the depositing quality, and test the core specimen). The test result indicates: the concrete has fine workability and well-proportioned strength dispersion; there are no defects like honeycombed bore, loosing in inner concrete; the concrete in steel tube is bonded well with the up and down steel clapboards; the concrete is poured with well depositing and uniformity.
