Study of Machine of Counting Pills and Filling

摘要

In this paper, a new type machine ofcounting pills and filling was proposed. The unit ofsupplying bottle ,unit of counting pills and unit of fillinglids were designed so as to realize accurate countingpills and fast filling. In the unit of supplying bottle,multipasswayvibrator was designed so as to automaticallysupplying bottle, in unit of counting pills, stepping motorwas used to meet the need of the different numbers of thepills and in unit of filling lids, the mechanism withmulti-figure was designed to automatically picking uplids and filling lids. Finally, the ordinary qualifiedprobability and fuzzy qualified probability of countingpills are investigated experimentally.
