In the field of archaeology and ethnography, huge amount of data are gathered through variousrnmethods such as taking photos, drawing maps, acquiring 3-D laser data and so on. And theserndata should be related to each other to uncover hidden context. However, in reality, it is difficultrneven to connect these data together due to some differences in a format, a scale, a precision, andrnso on. Therefore, a data management tool is keenly demanded to integrate such various data.rnIn this paper, firstly we discuss a comprehensive data management scheme to help users easilyrnand quickly develop data product on the Web. Secondly we propose a data management system.rnThirdly we experiment it based on the data of investigation of the world heritage of Tyre,rnLebanon.rnOur system enables us to manage various data by attaching absolute location on maps and byrnrelating with each other based on the qualitative proximity.rnWith the absolute locating component, individual objects are given geometrical positions in arnglobal space. And, the relative data connection component helps provide a relationship betweenrndata with intelligent hyperlinks.rnAnd also we publish and manage this system on the Web. Moreover, our application help elicitrnhidden context by raking up information on the relationships among data through the Web.
