摘要

For severe nerve lesion autologous nerve grafting is therngolden standard. Although, nerve grafting technique isrnthe best available approach, there is a limited source ofrnautologous nerve grafts. In this study we describernelectrospinning of aligned fibrin nanofibers in anrnattempt to create biomimicking tissue-like material inrnvitro for use as scaffold in vivo for peripheral nerverninjuries. Electrospinning has been recognized as anrnefficient technique for the fabrication of polymerrnnanofibers.
