Techno Mart as the National Infrastructure for Technology Transfer

Techno mart means the market for technology, to do local Technologies exchanges, value chain regard the demands for High Technologies and related products and services. Techno mart plays an optimistic and a rapid role as an interface for specialized Technology transfer in regional and National, Making best opportunities for "applicants", "entrepreneurs" and "investors" and much more. Techno mart categories several level of information, such as enterprises, products, projects and knowledge portfolios toward commercialization and it involved the problems with the aim to help innovation, marketing and promotion, products and equipments, introducing experts and companies in field and expedite and facilitate technology dimensions involved in technology exchanges regional, national and international missions as an important technology transfer that led to products which will be form. In this research, using documents and comparative studies, literature topic has been developed based on these principles and interviews with experts active in relating Techno mart and Technology Transfer. This paper also introduced its expanded functions Techno mart model in the national system of innovation (NIS) and its role in business marketing areas as an underlying technology which will be officially investigated. Then by analysis the collected data and statistics regarding the role of Techno mart, development strategies and National policies affecting international dimensions of technology Transfer provided.
