MANAGED ICT SERVICES FROM A DEVELOPING COUNTRY PERSPECTIVE

摘要

Information and communication technologies (ICT) have become ubiquitous and are regarded as basic infrastructure for sustainable development of nation states and global systems. As rapidly as ICT has become indispensable, so also has the management of ICT presented unprecedented challenges especially in developing countries where data regarding managed ICT services are relatively scanty. This paper considers that the challenges for managed ICT services involves multi-criteria decision making and then uses the analytical hierarchy process to explore the influencing factors in a developing country context.
