摘要

The AWACS has the capability of long-range detection in the whole airspace, and it is an indispensable strategic equipment in modern air combat. This paper firstly derives the Conversion formula of the target coordinate system and Measurement radar coordinate system under Attitude angle transformation; Secondly, Taking the case of Su-27 fighter as an example, made characteristics of drawing of target static RCS over the whole airspace, by using quasi static method for Dynamic RCS simulation, and overlying the effect of the random jitter model to correct attitude angle, make the data closer to actual. This method has important reference value for the research of the dynamic characteristics of radar target.
