摘要

The regulating storage tank plays an important role in water pollution. However, a complete system of evaluation methods for site selection of regulating storage tank is still missing. To solve the problem, first, the influence factors are established through the interpretative structural modeling, and the corresponding membership functions for each factor are established. Second, a determining method for evaluation index weight is adopted based on triangle fuzzy number and analytic hierarchy process method. Then, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is constructed and made for site selection of the regulating storage tanks in a sponge city, where the regulating storage tanks are located in the “ehu park and binhe road junction” of Pingxiang city, China. Finally, the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for site selection of the regulating storage tanks are obtained, and the proposed approach is proved to be effective and reliable.
