摘要

This paper aims to present a new architecture for MIMO simulator for radio propagation channels. The architecture works with time-varying 802.15.7 Visible Light Communications (VLC)-LED signals. It is used to test, "on- table", VLC indoor propagation channels. The simulator uses the Photo-Diode power (PDP) model by generalizing the Barry's model to obtain the impulse response with a frequency of 650 THz. The architecture of the hardware channel simulator is designed on a FPGA Virtex-VII FPGA from Xilinx. The output signals accuracy, the FPGA occupation and the architecture latency are analyzed.
