摘要

The analysis of the categorical apparatus in the field of enterprise personnel security was carried out, which allowed to statistically substantiate the urgency and necessity of corresponding scientific researches conducting during the period of time being investigated. Trend models for the corresponding categories (tags), the aggregate of which formed the cloud of tags of the investigated branch have been calculated. The individual profiles of selected categories (tags) have been constructed, the matrix of mutual correlation dependencies has been calculated, its optimization has been performed, 3D-distribution of the cloud of the tags has been constructed. The personnel security system is one of the main components of economic security, the management of which reduces the risks and threats of the company, associated with poor staffing, low motivation level, lack of the strategy and tactics understanding at the macro level and short-term goals within their functional responsibilities at the micro level. In this connection, an urgent problem arises in the development of a personnel security management system that would allow monitoring, regulating and timely warning of threats, using both static models for the current situation and dynamic models for trend constructing and forecast indicators calculating.
