Implementation of validate invoice and packing list document process by Microsoft Access a case study of ABC logistics company

Information flow is the essential element in Supply Chain Management which the primordial priority of information performance indicator focus on accuracy. Therefore, data validation process is necessary for every businesses to ensure to get right output or transfer right output from right input. This research study Invoice and Packing List Document Validation Process of ABC Logistics Company. The researchers found that Validate Invoice and Packing List Document Process is the most concerned process because this process is manually that is the cause of human error and spend more time which is equal to 67.01% of total process time. The researchers apply ECRS Technique to create program for validate invoice and packing list document by Microsoft Access. The result after apply this program to be the tool for validate invoice and packing list document that can decrease validation process time from 65 minutes to 10 minutes and total process time decrease from 106 minutes to 51 minutes.
