摘要

The transmission spectra of whole blood have been studied by time-domain THz spectroscopy in the frequency range from 0.1 to 1.0 THz. The samples were produced from same person with diabetes mellitus during short time period after insulin injection. Frequency dispersions of refractive index were obtained. Based on it, correlations of blood glucose concentrations with real part of refractive index were presented. This work is a part of complex investigation, that focused on development of non-invasive glucose measuring technique. Registering correlations between blood glucose level and blood optical parameters will helps to use spectroscopy in reflection mode for glucose testing without any punctures.
