摘要

Smart substation is the important base and support for the construction of the Smart Grid. The process level network is an important part of intelligent smart substation, and its realtime performance is of great significance for smart substation running safely and reliably, and message transmission time is the major index of the real-time performance. Basing on introducing the structure and communication service of process level network, a computing method of transmission time based on message transmission model is put forward, and the influence of packet length, data rate and other factors on the transmission time of message in process layer network is analyzed and verified by simulation. For analyzing the influence of broadcast storm on transmission time in process level network, the queuing model on switches is established, and the inhibition method of broadcast storm by using VLAN is given.
