Elements of energy efficiency in water supply systems. A case study

Water supply systems are major energy consumers which is why efficient energy management plays an important role in this area. The entire water supply process requires energy consumption and a thorough assessment is needed to improve energy efficiency to reduce costs. Starting from these, the paper presents the results of a case study and identifies some methods to meet economic and environmental targets of the company.
