The quantity of digital medical images has enlarged quickly in the Internet. The inevitability of fast and secure diagnosis is critical in the medical field. Tele diagnosis and tele medicine has need for instant medical care and attention from any region of the world. Authentication, integrity, confidentiality and availableness are the defense parameters that ought to be calculated for secure medical transmission. This article portrays an oddity about secure transmission of medicinal records of patient inside their restorative cover picture by hiding information with the assistance of sixteen rectangle substitution cipher algorithm and information-location dependent steganography. Sixteen rectangle substitution cipher algorithm comprises different TABLEs for various symbols, which are utilized for medical information encryption. It increases the time consumption of the encryption system but improves the level of security, which is mandatory for any kind of security algorithm. The aftereffect of the cryptosystem is organized into different blocks of one byte. In steganography process, converted secret data blocks are given to medical carrier blocks for implanting by message dependent embedding mechanism. Inserting data will be done at various position as 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th or 6th, 7th, 8th, 5th or 7th, 8th, 5th, 6th or 8th, 5th,6th,7th bit Least Significant Bit (LSB) positions in cover image blocks. Recipient gets concealed secret restorative data utilizing reciprocal system, so just approved beneficiary can perceive the right information. Performance analysis is captured using numerous factors among medical stego and carrier picture. Results are properly analyzed and compared with various presented algorithms.
