Editorial

摘要

This volume represents the proceedings of the 2017 International Conference on Information, Communication and Engineering (IEEE ICICE 2017). This conference was organized by the IEEE Tainan Section Sensors Council (IEEE TSSC) and the Taiwanese Institute of Knowledge Innovation (TIKI), and held November 17-20, 2017 in Xiamen, Fujian, P.R. China. The conference received 1336 submitted papers from 8 countries, whereby 150+ papers were selected by the committees to be included within the proceedings. These papers on various topics are divided into 25 sessions (12 regular sessions & 13 invited sessions) and presented in several parallel sessions in the conference. The conference provided a unified communication platform for researchers in a wide range of discipline. This proceedings volume enables interdisciplinary collaboration between science and engineering technologists in the academic and industry fields as well as networking internationally.
