摘要

The large-scale electric vehicles access to the distribution network, the randomness and decentralization of the distribution network management put forward new requirements for the transmission line load capacity also launched a challenge. In order to make the distribution network of electric vehicles take safe, economic and stable operation, according to the characteristics of electric vehicles, we use the CLARANS clustering technology according to load similarity in distribution network to simplify load model of EV, the load state of each cluster center is used as the load state of the classification, and the dynamic reconfiguration of the distribution network is transformed into static reconfiguration in multiple time periods. And then the krill-herd algorithm is applied to solve the static reconfiguration of the distribution network. The load data of the EV is built in IEEE 33 node distribution system and this model is simulated and analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the method.
