摘要

TransJakarta is one of Public Transportation in Jakarta Indonesia. With large population, TransJakarta is one choice for citizens of Jakarta because TransJakarta can accomodate many passenger at once. But the problem is sometime there is uncertainty number of passenger at each stop point or shuttle bus. This cause the number of vehicles is not match with the number of passenger. Finally there will be passenger accumulation, must time wasted and unpleasant condition where passenger push each other. TransJakarta need a decision support system to optimize fleet number operated every time based on passenger number and bus capacity. Because there is uncertainty problem according to passenger number of TransJakarta in real time then fuzzy logic will be fit for this problem. But before develop the decision support system using fuzzy logic, it will be better to build the fuzzy architecture first. This architecture can be used as consideration while develop the system. Its mean that the aim of this research is to make a fuzzy architecture which support the problem. The Data Collection method used is observation. Rules implication method used is MIN method and MAX method for rules composition. While Mamdani is used for the fuzzy inferences system.
