To solve the problem of real-time accurate position of personnel in the scene of power communication operation and maintenance(O&M), a fingerprint localization algorithm based on trusted value of reference point is proposed. Firstly, the algorithm establishes different fingerprint databases for different environments, and updates the data in the fingerprint database periodically, then assigns different trusted values for different reference points, and calculates the distance weighted coefficients based on the trusted value, then the positioning result is determined by the weighted coefficients. Compared with the traditional WKNN algorithm, not only the matching degree of the fingerprint data is considered, but also the reliability of the data is reflected, which ensure that the more reliable node occupy the greater proportion of weighted coefficients, and the simulation results show that ultimately improve the positioning accuracy.
