Constant Envelop OFDM can obtain 0dB peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) to reduce the distortion caused by the nonlinear power amplifier. Thus, constant envelop OFDM is suitable for next generation communication system. However, the phase noise in communication system must be estimated, especially with the increase of communication frequency. In this paper, a phase noise estimation scheme is proposed for constant envelop OFDM system under additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channel. By inserting pilot symbols in the transmitter, noisy term of these symbols are prior in the receiver. Phase noise of them are prior by neglecting additive noise term, and then phase noise of every sampling points can be calculated by adaptive method. Linear interpolation scheme is proved to be optimum in some cases due to the characteristic of phase modulation under the Bayesian Criterion, Simulation results show that the proposed scheme performs well at high carrier-to-noise ratio (CNR) conditions.
