Risk factors analysis of PPP project of pension agency based on ISM

摘要

Firstly, the article selects 22 factors that affect PPP project of Pension Agency risk based on the documents of PPP project of Pension Agency, and studies the relationship between each factor; then it constructs the interpretation structural model that affects PPP project of Pension Agency risk. The study achieves the following results: it divides the risk factors that may affect PPP project of Pension Agency into six layers, determines the most directly and most basic factor resulting to the PPP project of Pension Agency risk, and proposes the suggestions for reducing the risk.
