摘要

Emergency rescue of oil pipeline leakage is usually complicated for the high speed escalation and large danger. If the inappropriate response was adopted, more serious consequence may be brought out. The accident process and emergency response of oil pipeline leakage has obvious characteristics of the system dynamics. Based on system dynamics model, accident causation diagram before and after the emergency response was conducted. System dynamics model of leak expansion was established through the definition of system development boundary and it was applied on the simulation analysis of a pipeline leakage scenario. The simulation process and results indicated that both the development trend of the accident and the control effect of different emergency measures in the accident process can be illustrated. The results may provide guiding suggestions to the emergency response.
