摘要

This research work mainly focuses on the Parallel Flash Controller which is interfaced with the Flash Memory. The Objective of this proposed work is to access the NOR Flash Memory in the System. Here the flash used is Parallel flash which is a type of non-volatile storage technology that does not require power to retain the data. It can be electrically erased and reprogrammed when compared to existing EPROM. It handles the signals required by the flash memory. With the required signals we are implementing different types of commands such as auto-select command, chip erase and program command to monitor the health of the parallel flash. Then it is used to fetch the phase and attenuation values that are needed for the further processing which is used in the radar computer for steering the beam and detecting the enemy target in future scope.
