Hardware and software for diagnosis of joint welds of industrial pipelines

摘要

The problems of the development of hardware and software for the testing of joint welds of instrument piping are studied. The parameters controlling the basic types of weld joints such as butt welds, tee joints and lap joints are defined according to the requirements of technical standards. The algorithms of processing and identification of the ultrasonic signals in the environment of various types of interference are designed.
