The paper describes the investigation of the supramolecular structure of samples based on the BaTiO3 nanopowder during sintering. For this research was obtained powder with specific surface area of 16, 8 m2/g by non-isothermal decomposition of barium titanyl-oxalate powder. Compaction of the powder was conducted in a steel mold to a relative density of 55 % of theoretical. Sintering of barium titanate was carried out at heating rates from 100 to 3000 °C/h to 1000÷1300 °C. The resulting sam-ples were investigated by several methods: the static volumetric adsorption structures of nitrogen adsorption at low-temperatures, XRD, microscopy and other.
