Concerning the construction of charging piles, opportunities coexist with challenges. It refers to a series of issues, such as who should bear the cost, and how to achieve maximum cost saving. At present, there are three parties, namely the local government, State Grid Corporation of China, and clean-energy vehicle manufacturers, willing to invest in the construction, thus leads to the formation of the three party cooperation game situation. Questions remain to study as to which way is the best to achieve cooperation and win-win situation among the following: fulfill the construction by a single party, a double party alliance, or a triangular party alliance. Meanwhile, if it is a triangular party alliance, questions such as how to share the cost in a fair and reasonable way will be involved. This article will focus on the specific charging facilities construction needs of a city in China, conduct in-depth analysis, and calculate the cost sharing of charging pile construction by Shapley value method. We not only hope to provide support, which will help to choose the best cost sharing plan for local government, State Grid Corporation of China, and clean-energy vehicle manufacturers, but also to provide theoretical basis for fair and reasonable cost sharing in charging pile construction.
