摘要

The telecommunication operators have widely realized the benefits of using cloud computing and networking resources for the deployment of telecommunication applications. Today operators look for new possibilities to improve operational efficiency by utilizing the flexibility of resource offerings provided by distributed data centers. Among the factors contributing to the successful utilization of cloud resources is the capability to dynamically change the resource allocations in order to follow the varying cost and capacity proposals of data center service providers, as well as to effectively and economically adapt to end-user load demands. In this paper it is proposed to use generalized technological process modelling to describe the realizations of telecommunication applications. It is demonstrated that the principles of input-output analysis of technological processes allow to create a method to analyze the resource allocations.
