摘要

A V-band single-channel angle tracking receiver is developed in this paper, which consists of a 60GHz single-channel modulator module and a V-band down conversion channel. The design of V-band down conversion channel aims at high integration, miniaturization and engineering design. Multiple frequency components and harmonics wave are calculated, avoided and suppressed in the realization of conversion of V band to low frequency and ensure a good channel performance. Experiment results show that noise figure of the 60GHz single-channel modulator is less than 5dB and the gain is greater than 32dB within the bandwidth of 3GHz; Output power of V-band down conversion channel in 1dB compression point is greater than 8dBm; output power in AGC mode is 5dBm;clutter suppression is more than 60dBc and harmonic suppression is more than 40dBc.
