In order to evaluate the effects of temperature on dielectric response, the frequency domain dielectric spectroscopy was transformed into temperature dielectric spectroscopy in this paper. Dealing with the data of the obtained temperature dielectric spectroscopy, and the changed slope of dissipation factor of the oil paper insulation samples was calculated at each temperature section. According to the obtained new feature parameter that the changed slope of dissipation factor, the influence of moisture content and aging time on the aging state of oil paper insulation system was analyzed. The experimental results showed that the changed slope of dissipation factor of moisture content and aging time samples increased continuously with the increase of temperature, and the effects of temperature on different moisture content and aging time samples were also reflected clearly by the changed slope of dissipation factor.
