摘要

This paper describes the effects of KH550 as surface treatment agent of nano-Al2O3 on the properties of modified cellulose paper. Samples in five groups were respectively prepared by different processes, and the performances of these samples were comparatively analyzed. Based upon the liquid doping method, the maximum tensile strength, breaking elongation rate as well as AC breakdown strength respectively increase 16.67%, 19.82%, 17.16%, proving that mechanical and electrical property of insulating paper modified by nano-Al2O3 surface treated by silane coupling agent KH550 have improved significantly. The results also showed liquid doping method is superior than the traditional method.
